hods, without prejudice to this, reserves the right to make any change in the Web, and even in the conditions of access, navigation and use. Regardless of what we have already exposed, in order to access to specific contents or use certain services, we can establish particular conditions that, depending on the cases, will replace or modify the present conditions. In case there is any contradiction, the terms of the particular conditions will prevail over the general conditions.

The absence of viruses and/or other harmful parts in the Web or in the supplier server.
The invulnerability of the Web and/or the impregnability of the measures of safety adopted in it.

hods will remove or suspend, in any moment and without prior notice, the rendering of Services to those users that fail to fulfil the terms established in the present ‘Legal Notice’.

On the other hand, should the user know about the existence of any illegal content, contrary to the laws, that could imply an infringements of the intellectual and/or industrial property rights, he/she should immediately notify it to hods so that it can take the necessary measures against it.

In particular, hods does not guarantee the availability and continuity of the working of the Web, and when it is reasonably possible, hods will previously notify about the interruptions in its proper functioning.

hods is exempted from any responsibility caused by the damages of any kind that could be due to the lack of availability or continuity of the working of the Web, its content, products and/or services and, in particular, but not exclusively, by the failures in its access and effectiveness.

In case of any temporal interruption of the service due to a third party, by chance or force majeure, hods will not be the responsible of the damages caused directly or indirectly by these interruptions to the users.

If hods stopped its activity or agreed to dissolve or, by any other reason, agreed the finalisation of the commercial activity in a definitive way, as long as it depends directly on HODS’ will and not due to something else, the company accepts its commitment to finalize the initiated procedures with no other kind of responsibility.

If the Web offers the user links to other web pages, these would be operated and owned by others, so hods has no possibility to control the contents, services, products or information included in them, therefore hods will not be responsible for any aspect related to the Web page to which it has been linked.

Should the users know about the illicitness of some activities developed through the Websites that belong to others, they will have to immediately communicate this to hods so that it can deactivate any link to them.

The establishment of any kind of link from the Web to a different external web does not imply any kind of relationship, collaboration or dependence between hods and the responsible of the external website.

Regardless of what it has been decreed, in this case, by the particular conditions, HODS can conclude, suspend or interrupt, at any moment and without prior notice, the access to the contents of the Web, with no possibility of compensation for the user.
