It is capable of blowing 140-150 18.9 l. bottles per hour with handle and 170-180 10 l. bottles per hour without handle.<\/h3>\n<h4 style=\"text-align: justify; color: #6d6d6d;\">It contains a rotating infrared preheater to heat the PET preforms. This method has simplified the control of the preheated tube and ensures proper preheating.<\/h4>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify; color: #6d6d6d;\">The 150B\/H Blowing Machine Kit uses the mechanical clamping of the double-arm mould, which guarantees a tight seal even under high pressure.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify; color: #6d6d6d;\">The air system has been separated into two parts: pneumatic action and bottle blowing. The two large volume air reservoirs provide sufficient and constant high pressure to blow large and\/or irregular shaped bottles.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify; color: #6d6d6d;\">This machine is equipped with a silencer and an oil pump to reduce noise and friction.<br \/>\nThe machine operates in manual and semi-automatic mode.<br \/>\nIt is small, easy and safe to operate.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify; color: #6d6d6d;\">The machine consists of two parts: the blowing part and the preheater. First, the preheater heats the PET preform until it is soft and elastic.
